- Are Guardian and Faith sold together?
- No. They are separate products, with separate sign-ins and separate plans. A family buys Guardian; a church buys Faith.
- Can I try before I pay?
- Guardian: every new family gets 14 days free, with no card. Faith: request a demonstration and we will walk you through a fully built demo church.
- Does everyone in a family pay for Guardian?
- No. One subscription covers the family. Essential and Individual Protect are for one person; Family Protect and Senior Protect include up to 4 people.
- How do I pay for Guardian, and can I cancel?
- You pay monthly through a secure checkout run by Base44 Payments; Guardian never sees your card number. The person who pays can cancel on the Plans page and keeps access until the end of the month already paid for.
- Which Faith plan fits my church?
- Plans follow the number of campuses: one, two or three. For four or more campuses, or a network of churches, talk to us.
